Chapter 1 Delivery and Shipment
1.1 Worldwide shipping is provided via different carriers. Band of Creators bears the risk of transportation.
1.2 The dleivery cost for Romania is zero. Band of Creators does not deliver within Romania via The Romanian Post. We currently deliver via Fan Courier.
1.3. For delivery cost outside Romania via Post or via DHL, please send us an email at [email protected]. We will reply within 24 hours (one working day).
1.4 The maximum term of delivery is specified for each product and each size of the product. Within the confirmation email you will also receive this information. The client will accept the order if the order is delivered before the maximum delivery term. The specified delivery termn is valid of Romania. To receive information on the delivery termn fo othe countries, please sen dus an email at [email protected].
Chapter 2 Payment
You may pay for your order at Band of Creators with any credit card, by cash on delivery, via Paypal, by bank transfer, with gift certificates or partially with coupon codes. The payments by card will be made in RON at the exchange rate of the ecommerce payment solution supplier: Mobilpay - Netopia. The cash on delivery is available only for Romania and will be charged in RON only.
Chapter 3 Retention of Title
Band of Creators reserves the right to retain title and ownership of any and all articles supplied until such time as full payment has been received, unless delivered as cash on delivery.
Chapter 5 Return instructions
5.1 Right to return
The customers may return merchandise they have received within a period of 30 days. The period commences at the moment the customer has received the merchandise. The returns are assisted. For asistance, please contact us at [email protected] and we will arrange all the necessary details for the return.
In Romania the return fee is zero.
We agree on one day pickup with one of our courriers. If the pickup does not succeed by the fault of the customer, we will not arrange another pickup. The customer will arrange the return on his own and will pay for the delivery. The customer will bare the costs and the transportation risks of any return. The return shipment must be addressed to SC Make a Wish SRL, 14 Benjamin Franklin, Bucharest, Romania, unless otherwise agreed in writing between Band of Creators and the customer. The return form is at the bottom of this page. The use of the form is not mandatory.
5.2 Consequences of a return
In case of an effective return any payments received for the product/producst only must be returned by Band of Creators. Band of Creators will not refund the cost of transportation, if the client has received the product via a paid curier (fir example the delivery cost for delivery in other countries). In the event that the goods do not have the original Band of Creators label, they are deteriorated or used (i.e. benefits from use) the products cannot be returned..
Please note that we can only accept returns from the country that the shipment was sent to. If the shipment was sent to France, for instance, we can only accept a return from France.
In case of a return, your relevant card or bank account will be credited. However, any losses that are caused by currency fluctuations will not be refunded. We will refund the due amount in maximum one working day. Please take into account that the time is counted after the product has safely arrived at our address and has been checked by our personnel.
