Chapter 1 Deliveries and Delivery Methods

1.1. Deliveries are made through several couriers. The transport risk is assumed by Band of Creators.

1.2. The delivery fee by courier in Romania is zero. Band of Creators does not deliver in Romania through Romanian Post. Delivery will be made through FAN Courier.

1.3 To find out the delivery cost to any other country, please send us an email at [email protected]. We will respond within 24 hours (one business day).

1.4. The maximum delivery time is specified for each product and for each product size on the site. In the order confirmation email, the maximum estimated time for the package to reach the customer is also specified. The customer will accept the order if it arrives before the specified maximum deadline. The specified delivery time is for Romania. To obtain the delivery time for other countries, please send us an email at [email protected].

Chapter 2 Payments

Payment methods for orders placed on the Band of Creators website are: online card payment, cash on delivery, PayPal payment, bank transfer payment, gift voucher payment or partial payment with discount vouchers. Card payments will be made in RON through Mobilpay - Netopia Mobilpay https://mobilpay.ro. Cash on delivery is valid only for Romania and will be made only in RON.

Chapter 3 Property Rights

The ownership right of each and all delivered products remains with Band of Creators until the price of the products enters Band of Creators' account.

Chapter 4 Return Instructions

4.1 Right to Return

Customers have the right to return the purchased product/products within 14 calendar days. The 14 calendar day period begins when the product/products are received. The return is assisted. To receive assistance, please write to us at [email protected].

Band of Creators will bear the cost and risk related to the transport of returned product/products.

We will agree with you on a pickup day for our courier to collect the package. If the pickup does not take place due to the customer, they will bear the cost of returning the product. The return of the purchased product will be made to Band of Creators (SC POINT MANAGEMENT SERVICES SRL). You can find the return form at the bottom of the current page. Using the form is not mandatory. The customer only needs to seal the package with the returned product/products and the courier collecting the package will have all information regarding the recipient and destination address of the package.

4.2 Effects of a Return

In case of a return, the amount collected by Band of Creators related to the product/products must be returned to the customer. Band of Creators will not refund the customer the amount related to transport if the transport was at a cost (for example, the cost of delivery to other countries). In the event that products do not have the Band of Creators label, have been damaged due to wear (using the product beyond a simple test) or intentional tearing, the product cannot be returned.

Please note that we can only process returns from the country to which delivery was made. For example, if delivery was made to France, we accept the return of that product only from France.

In case of a return, we will make the payment to the account from which we collected the amount related to the returned product. If it is a cash on delivery return, the customer will indicate a bank account for payment. We do not cover currency exchange losses. Payments will be made in RON.

From the date all return conditions are met and the product has reached Band of Creators and has been verified, payment for the returned product/products will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the product by the designated online store representative.

Information for Consumers

Important information about the consumer's right of withdrawal, based on Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for amending and supplementing certain normative acts

(published in the Official Gazette, Part I no. 427 of 11.06.2014)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract, without stating reasons, within 14 calendar days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by you, takes physical possession of the products (in the case of a sales contract).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract using an unequivocal statement, for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email.

For this purpose, you can use the attached withdrawal form; however, its use is not mandatory. You can also complete and electronically submit from the website http://www.bandofcreators.com/shipping-and-returns the standard withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement. If you use this option, we will promptly transmit to you, on a durable medium, for example by email, confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal request.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

If you withdraw, we will refund any amount we have received from you, except for additional costs in the event that you decided not to use the free courier sent by Band of Creators, no later than 14 calendar days from the date the returned products reached Band of Creators' headquarters. We will make this refund using the same payment method as that used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to another refund method; in any case, you will not be charged commissions as a result of such a refund.

We may postpone the refund until the date we receive the products back.
